Orders placed before 2:00 PM

Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM are handed over to the courier the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, at weekends and on public holidays are handed over to the courier the next business day.

If an item is out of stock

If we do not have the items you ordered in stock, the delivery date may be extended by 1–2 business days. We will inform you of this by email.

How to collect your parcel from an Omniva parcel locker

You will get a notification
When your parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive an SMS with a pickup code.

Parcel is held for 4 days
Your parcel is held in the locker for 4 calendar days.

Reminder
If you haven’t collected your item within 3 calendar days, Omniva will send you an SMS reminder about the uncollected parcel.

If the parcel is not collected
If the parcel is not collected within 4 calendar days, the item will be returned to the seller.

Damaged packaging

When collecting your parcel from an Omniva parcel locker, check that the packaging and the items are not damaged.

If this has happened, note it on the receipt document and/or inform us by email at klientams@open24.lt within 3 calendar days.
